Hike with Jessica

Mike, Koda, and I enjoyed meeting up with my college roommate Jessica Hillstrom for a hike about a month ago. Jessica was in Bend for a family reunion and we joined her and her some of her extended family members for a lovely hike at Sahalie and Koosah Falls.







After the hike, Jessica and her family went on to more adventures, while Mike, Koda and I enjoyed a picnic lunch at Clear Lake.



It was great to catch up with you, Jessica, even if only for such a short time, and thanks for giving us an excuse to get up into the mountains--something we do too rarely!
